Ordered two bulbs off their website, but I live on a farm so I was worried that the shipment would get lost in transit. Throughout the week that I waited, a customer support reprehensive told me that they would be in contact with FedEx to insure that the order was received to my location. And that indeed was the case! I ordered a replacement bulb for my JVC 4K projector, and it was about $220. The JVC source was over $400! So I felt it was a bargain. Quality looked good, and it was Oshio who made the bulb, which is who makes the OEM JVC unit. Very pleased with the speed that I received the bulb as well. They also give discounts to repeat customers to make things even better!

They were responsive on the phone, honored their price match pledge and delivered my lamp which is working well so far (only 50 hours or so used). Only complaint was I called on a Thursday and paid for overnight delivery so I would have for the weekend, but didn't receive the next day because they didn't "ship" it out until Friday. I did get it on Saturday so the whole weekend wasn't lost, but this was frustrating having paid $40 for fedex overnight, but the company needed a day to get the lamp packaged and shipped.

I have nothing but positive things to say about MyProjectorLamps and the lamp I received. First, I went to the Facebook page for MyProjectorLamps and tried to "like" their page to get a discount. For some reason it didn't go through but I needed the lamp so I just purchased it at the regular price. A few days later I got a message from MyProjectorLamps that they saw I tried to "like" the page but there was an error. Since I had already purchased the lamp, they went ahead and credited me for the discount. I thought that was awesome. Second, since they did not have the lamp in stock and had to order it, they went ahead and bumped me to the 2-day shipping at no cost to me so that I would still receive it at the correct time. I was so impressed with this. Finally, the lamp I received works perfectly. In fact, it is the best picture we have ever had on our movie screen. So happy with this purchase. I came across MyProjectorLamps from a Google search for a particular part that I was having trouble finding. I found the part with MPL and it was much less expensive than buying it from the maker of the projector. We ordered two and were notified the next day that there was only one in stock but that the second would be shipped out a week later. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this business/website to a friend and would use again myself in the future. The only improvement that could be made is to the shipping chart. It isn't awfully specific about what a Fedex business day is, and a chart letting you know if you order on "X day" it will arrive on "Y Day". Weekends make 1 and 2 day shipping a little bit more of a brain teaser and make calculating the delivery date on the buyer's end more uncertain.

We have tried two different projector lamps from other suppliers and found exactly what MyProjectorLamps said would happen. One lamp started darker than expected & lasted about 20 hours and the other damaged our projector. Since we are a church, 20 hours of use was over several Sundays so then they were out of their return policy of 30 days. I wish we'd found MyProjectorLamps first! Our first purchase from them has lasted 3 months and is brighter than what I remembered the original projector was when new. We just ordered our second lamp and are looking forward to being able to read our overheads again in our other projector!

My Projector Lamps was able to identify and locate one of my projector lamps. The projector was discontinued and is a chinese brand so many other companies were not able to source the bulb.

I ordered a replacement projector bulb for my Epson projector and got it in 3 days. The bulb appears to be of much better quality than original that I received from Epson.

After receiving a bad replacement from a different vendor, I called myprojector lamps to confirm I was getting the real deal with a lamp. They put me at ease, and the replacement works as expected. You get what you pay for, cannot cut corners with these projectors.
TV IS BACK TO NORMAL!!!!!
We bought a 82 inch Mitsubishi tv in 2011 and the picture seemed to be getting darker. We figured the tv was relatively too new to replace so I ordered the lamp and received it within two weeks.
