I read the testimonial from Dennis U., and immediately identified with his experience. I too had purchased a generic bulb from another website for my Hitachi CP WX625. From the beginning I found that the image looked washed out and I spent a lot of time adjusting the settings on the projector but never could get the image quite right. I finally gave up and assumed that my projector was wearing out. I decided to try a bulb from this website and after I installed the bulb (that only took 2 days to arrive) I was wowed! ORIGINAL bulbs are of so much better quality that I would not accept a free generic bulb in the future.
