Question Answered

Q If I have the ser number off my unit is there anyway to get the wrong bulb. I don’t have it out yet so I don’t have the number off the lamp it self yet. Asked by Jake On Oct. 4, 2018, 10:04 a.m.

A Hello Jake, thank you for your question. Unfortunately we do not have access to the serial number database so they serial number will not help us identify the lamp. We can confirm the lamp you need with the projector model # or the lamp part #.
