Can I get the bulb without the module? Asked by James O. On Apr 29, 2021

We do not sell this bulb separately, you would need to buy the bulb within the housing.

Question Answered

How do you test an existing bulb to ensure it is no longer operative? Asked by James O. On Apr 28, 2021

There are a few things you can do to check your lamp. If you have a different bulb that might still work, even if only a little bit, try putting that one in instead to double check if it is the lamp or the projector. You can also check the LED indicator lights on your machine and compare it to the troubleshooting section of your manual which should help you determine what might be wrong. Also, try simply taking the bulb out and re-inserting it, making sure to check that the lamp access panel door is shut properly. Make sure to clean you air filter by taking it out and using light suction to remove any dust that may be clogging it. If all of these things do not help, try buying a brand new bulb to determine finally if it is in fact your lamp or if you need to get your projector diagnosed.
