Synching Projectors and Lamps To Their Sources
Every time you plug in a source into your projector there is the hassle of having to optimize your image so that you aren’t losing resolution, among many other things. For those of us who are lazy and don’t want to spend the time setting up when we could be watching a movie or playing games on the Xbox or computer there is the Viewsonic PJ256D. It incorporates the new sync technology that is burning up the projector charts and is one of the most useful innovations to the projector industry. If you are a business man who is on the go and needs to switch from a complex presentation on your computer to a DVD video presentations without all the hassle of having to optimize your settings every time, then you will be very happy. Now, of course the technology hasn’t come to the level where it is immediate plug and play, but the PJ256D is pretty close. Viewsonic has enabled users a simple set-up that doesn’t take much more than a minute to fix your resolution problems.
One day soon we will definitely be able to plug and play without having to touch a button as computers will be able to communicate back and forth between the projector without human interference. Computer companies like Dell will probably be the first ones to take advantage since they are present in both the projector world and the computer world. You would need a certain compatibility of software between the projector and the computer in order for them to speak the same language.
